The purpose of Wichita WRAPS is to bring together a group of committed stakeholders willing to work together to protect and restore the watershed that flows through the heart of the City of Wichita.

The goal is to help the stakeholder leadership team develop a framework to restore the watershed, creating clean water and healthy living environments for residents and wildlife populations.
